Why is it a different name? I mean i can understand something like Shinshi Doumei Cross being named Gentlemen's Alliance but Wallflower is english so why would it change to that? xD
Check mangavolume and onemanga.com, they have loads of scanlations!! like.. mountanous scans...

Weell... with Wallflower, the direct translation from the Japanese name was not literally wallflower. But, because of it's slang uses in the english language, it was decided to be used.

Perfect Girl Evolution doesn't roughly translate to 'Wallflower'

'Perfect girl evolution' refers to the fact that the girl is imperfect before her evolution... so she was a wallflower....

Hmm... well i think that Wallflower is an interesting name since it makes you wonder... why is it called wallflower? WHat's that got to do with the pretty girl on the front? But perfect Girl Evolution you can quickly guess what happens in the manga.
