I've seen the word 'otaku' around alot lately. What exactly does it mean?

Originally the word otaku was used towards people who really are nerdy, or dorky. The word became then changed its meaning in Japan, where otaku is now used as another word for obsessive fan, and the word lost its insult...
However, in english speaking countries, the word otaku refers to only anime/manga fans. This is just another Japanese word which has lost all original meaning, and has been adopted by english speakers.

When they say otor-san (not sure on spelling there) is the 'san' meaning Mr or just something the japanese put on the end in this case?

I get most of mine from the bookstore near my house. It is sort of expensive... $10 for most manga, $9 for viz shojo, $8 for viz shonen, but with shipping and handling costs, it would probably be just about equal to that...
Is justmanga where you get all your manga from?

Yeah i get most of my manga from justmanga. I get mangas such as Fruits Basket, Vampire Knight and host club from madman.com.au because it publishes them faster than Tokyopop or Viz.

What? no. Madman also publishes Fruits Basket. They've finished publishing infact.
Justmanga is a stockholder thingo for manga, they sell all types of publishers with cut down prices. but it's not like ebay, you can't bid for any of them.

And there would certainly be more than one publishers for a liscened manga.. How else would it get translated into other languages and packaged to other countries and places?
