Scanlation group....(very long post...sorry..)

some of you have noticed about me posting posts of the scanlation thingie...and there were many question:

1.scanlation groups: we know tons of scanlation groups and stuff..some have websites and some dont...

ex: DragonVoice, and Shoujo Love
DragonVoice has website and forum.
Shoujo Love is just a forum BUT also a scanlation group.
now we go to sugar888.com..

after ??? downloads from sugar888. i discover that all scans does not belong to sugar888. in fact. it belongs to other scanlation groups.
most mangas from sugar888 are yaoi..(eww) and romance...so it means all the yaoi and romance mangas belong to SMM scanlation..(Shoujo Manga Manic)

might wanna read this:



its from SMM scanlation, meaning that other scanlation groups can use SMM's scans. but all credits goes to them.


2. Scans.

human: oh no! scans! does it mean that we gotta buy a untranslated manga!?

of cause not..(maybe..LOL)
some you can download untranslated mangas from some websites..(like i download my koi gokoro gekokujou, it was untranslated D:) so have no fear on scans..;D

3. Translaters (big problem)

it will be a big problem when we start. but after a few months and downloads, people will start to join us. there are 3 types of translaters that scanlations groups need: Chinese, Japanese and Korean.....which is now im learning japanese xD!!

4. Editors.

editors are cleaners and typestters....SXF= background sounds like BANG or DOKI DOKI or HA or GU or AH or whatever...they clean stuff so i like to call them cleaners instade...

5. Proffreaders

is the best job! you get to read the manga! that is...they check if there is anything wrong with it and clean it up. something like editors...

im not forcing you guys to be a scanlation groups...but it'll be quite intersting...

This would be a great idea, but for most of us, we dont know Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. I think it would be a great idea, dont think that I'm not, but I think it would be very hard.

Still we could try. But you're right, it will be hard. But we will try. If you want help Manga, we will try and help
