I don't know whether i told you this but when i went to hamilton island, there was this japanese guy in the lobby and he set up a stand and had a little teaching show for how to make sushi! he did it soo fast and neatly! I don't think anyone really learnt how to do it but it was a good show!

I think to be able to cook really fast and do all those tricks with food is really cool!

Pansit and palabok are nearly the same thing, but they taste different. Here's a picture of pancit:
