| actually, if you study really hard, you'll understand it soon... but if you dont understand katakana and hiragana then you wont understand a thing!!  katakana is kindda easy to read.. like ah,ii,uu,ee,oh... (sorry cause i cant type japanese with my computer) so study the katakana and hiragana and your ready to go!!! | |

the thing is i can read almost all of the katakana and hiragana, but manga also consists of kanji which is a bummer... and the katakana and hiragana are just phonetics for the actual words or kanji, so you still need to know the words, in general, really well. i'm such a nerd, but just letting you know i get very annoyed at kanji, 'cause i can't tell when i should use on-yami or kun-yami!!!!!(actually no one can!)  | |
