The most unusual pairing I've heard is NaruIno.
They are both blonds and both talk a lot. Imagine their kids! Really blond hair and really talkative!!!! | |

| Hmmmm.... I think the strangest one I've heard was a NarakuxKagome from Inuyasha... I mean, I guess it could work. IF you ignore the fact that Naraku is a demon, easily 50 years older then Kagome, and that Kagome is already in love with Inuyasha (stated multiple times in the manga/anime), and that Naraku is just way to evil to love anyone....
