Oh yeah, that is annoying. but i tend to put the manga on the desktop in a folder so that i look at the folder everytime i go to the desktop and am reminded. And once you've read it you can just delete it.

ah, if a site says you can download a zip file of it, then you just click on the link and download it! simple as that.
